How secure is my credit / debit card transaction?
Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for both the shopper and the retailer during an online transaction. In reality an online transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction in a shop or conducted over the telephone or by fax, as the information transmitted online is highly encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations.

PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to the PayPal site, their server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.

How quickly do I receive my purchases?
Usually within seconds of you completeing the payment process!
Just as soon as your payment has been accepted you are directed to the download page where there is a download link for every purchase you have made. This link expires after 48 hrs. Click on each link individually, choose "save target as', you can then decide where on your computer you are going to save the quiz, the most usual is to choose My Documents, click "Save" and the quiz will download to where you decided to save it. If you have more than one quiz to download click on "Close" and repeat the operation for the remaining download links If you purchased multiple quizzes go to where you saved them, open them in your word processor and print them out
You will also receive an email, usually within a few minutes, showing the download links and an attachment in a 'zip' file containing your quizzes.

How do I purchase a quiz?
From the menus choose the type of quiz you require, left click on the quiz you wish to purchase, this will send you to the shopping cart where your purchase will be displayed. If you require another purchase click the "Continue Shopping" button and repeat. When you have chosen all your purchases and they are listed in the shopping cart click on "Check Out", complete all the necessary details ensuring you enter your correct email address, and click on the button to choose whether to pay using Paypal or Credit/Debit Card.
