We try to be in attendance between 10:00am and 20:30pm but an answerphone is always available.

Purchase and Delivery.
The price you see is the price you pay.
Immediately after the payment has been accepted, usually within seconds, you will be redirected to a page containing the download links for your purchases. You will also receive an email which contains the details of the links to download your quiz, and the quizzes as a .zip attachment.
If by any chance you have difficulty in obtaining your quiz just email us at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx quoting your sales Ref. No. and Name and we will email your purchases to you.

Cancellation and returns.
Your right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations applies only to orders placed to be fulfilled by post. Under the Regulations, information that is received immediately (and the benefit had immediately), is regarded as being "opened" at this point. As such, it cannot be cancelled. Therefore all orders fulfilled by digital download or e-mail are exempt from these regulations.This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
However we always consider a request for a replacement quiz if you feel it is not suitable for you requirements or a refund if you email us immediately after making your purchase stating you have destroyed all hard and electronic copies of the downloaded quiz purchases.

Communications
We will reply promptly to all emails, we monitor all emails regularly and we usually reply immediately we receive your communication during office hours, however we guarantee to reply within 48hrs at the latest.
We try to be in attendance to receive any telephone calls between 10:00am and 20:30pm, but there is an answerphone available in our absence. There may be times when telephone assistance is not available but we will monitor our emails regularly throughout these periods. You will be notified on the website shopping cart if telephone assistance is not available. Please contact xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx in these instances.
We will also periodically send you details of any special offers or new quizzes if you opted in to receive emails, the email will contain an 'opt out' link which will remove you from any subsequent send outs if you do not wish to receive them in the future.

Security
We have virus checkers on our main email servers and our local machine which are updated daily, we also use a firewall to guard our local machine against intrusion.

Privacy.
We will protect your privacy in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
The information we collect about you is your name, address, phone number, email address and your purchases.
We collect information about you for three reasons: Firstly, to process your order and secondly, to keep a record so that we can check for duplicate quiz purchases should you place a subsequent order, and for our accounting purposes.
All records are stored in an encrypted database.
We will email you if we have a query about an order or in reply to an email from yourself.
We also guarantee not to divulge any details to third parties.
We do not see or keep on record any debit or credit card information from your online purchases.
Protx, PayPal or Nochex process the payments on our behalf using SSL servers to ensure the maximum-security.

Responsibility.
All our quiz questions are researched and verified using a wide range of media, including reputable on-line services. However, while we make every effort to verify the questions and answers, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of incorrect information.
If you find a mistake please notify us and we will will immediately rectify the error and will refund the full price of your quiz or send a replacement quiz should you so wish.

All quizzes sold on this website are for the use of the purchaser or their representative only in one venue and on one given date. The date and venue of the quiz must be disclosed to Just Quizzes Ltd. if so requested and agreed by them prior to use of the questions. Just Quizzes Ltd. reserve the right to withdraw your right to the questions at any time on receipt of a full refund.
Should you wish to use the questions on more than one occasion or in more than one venue on a given evening, please contact us.
None of the questions and answers may be used for any commercial project.
